Scene in New York

Lots going on in North Brooklyn this week, including the opening of Leigh Wells and Leif Low-beer “Heap Gives Up” at a new Greenpoint Gallery, Beginnings—. Admittedly, I’m especially excited about this one because I live just a block away from this space, and I love not having to travel far to see art, but I’m also interested in seeing the collages and assemblages of Brooklyn-based artist Leif Low-beer.
